I've had Miles over twice now, initially to carry out some repair work on the central heating as well as a couple of radiator changes and the second time for some follow up work. Both times he has been on time, quick, efficient, professional, tidy and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for plumbing and heating work. I only wish he did gas so I could get him to move my boiler! Definitely recommended.

Miles has been tending to our boiler and ageing central heating system for about 5 years now. This year he has also fitted a new family bathroom. As ever he has done an excellent job and the bathroom looks amazing and is admired by everyone who visits. But for me, the fact that the central heating is working with no major expenditure on my part is, perhaps, the greater miracle. Miles' advice is always down to earth and designed to do the best possible job at the lowest possible cost. If you're looking for someone reliable, approachable and professional, who pays great attention to detail, who clearly explains what's being done and why and comes up with creative solutions to plumbing problems then you won't go far wrong with Miles.

Miles did good work at a reasonable basic rate (small plumbing jobs) and, when the work was done more quickly than we expected, only charged for time spent.

Miles came out on an emergency call to fix a leak from the bathroom that was causing damage to the plastered ceiling below. He came out quickly, temporarily fixed the leak and then came back later on the date and time agreed to do a permanent fix. This is about the 4th time we have used Miles and he is great, clear about his pricing and good value.

Miles was very efficient, from start to finish with a burst valve at my rental property. It wasn't an issue for him that he had to deal with my tenants as well as trust the bill would be settled from Scotland. He was professionally polite and to the point with regard to his earliest availability rates and cost of materials, he also conveniently does business via the internet. I am happy, my tenants are happy and I would certainly recommend him.
